A neighbor who has spent his life serving Kane County.
Bill Collins is a proud Geneva resident of more than 40 years, a small business owner, a farmer, and a lifelong advocate for Kane County. He has the experience, knowledge, and leadership to protect our tax dollars.
As the owner of C&C Mulch & More, a Kane County Farm Bureau director for more than 20 years, and treasurer of the Kane County 4-H Foundation, Bill has dedicated his life to serving our community.
He’s running for Kane County Board District 11 to bring practical leadership, fiscal responsibility, and a strong voice for residents, families, agriculture, and local businesses. Together, we can keep Kane County a great place to live, work, and grow!

- Works to maintain the urban and agricultural balance in Kane County
- Currently treasurer of the Kane County 4-H Foundation; developed funding programs through U of I Extension
- Foreman, Sugar Grove Township Road District
